Last updated: 15 May 2026

1. Who we are

Pitch ("Pitch", "we", "us") is operated by Lars Lindeberg, a sole proprietor based in Norway. By using Pitch you are entering into an agreement with Lars Lindeberg.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, joining a league, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Pitch.

3. The service

Pitch lets users create and join private prediction leagues for football tournaments, submit predictions before deadlines, and view standings. The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information, be of legal age in your country, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use Pitch for any unlawful purpose; (b) commit fraud or send spam; (c) infringe anyone's intellectual property; (d) interfere with the security of the service, including by uploading malware, probing, or scraping; (e) impersonate another person.

6. Intellectual property

Pitch, its software, branding, and content are owned by Lars Lindeberg. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Pitch for its intended purpose. No reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution.

7. User content

You retain ownership of league names, questions, predictions, and league branding you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process this content solely to operate the service.

8. Payments

Pitch is free to use. There are no paid features at this time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using Pitch at any time and request deletion of your account.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose). Our aggregate liability is capped at the total amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
